Terms & Conditions — 777xp Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern access to and use of the 777xp website located at https://777xp.cam and all related services, content, tools and features made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by 777xp (hereinafter referred to as "777xp", "we", "us" or "our"). 777xp operates as an English-language online gaming information platform. The Platform provides educational content relating to casino games, sports betting, promotional bonus structures and responsible gambling guidance. 777xp does not itself operate a casino, does not directly accept player deposits and does not directly process player withdrawals.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other persons who access or use the Platform, regardless of their geographic location. By accessing the Platform from any city in Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — or from any other location, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing content, creating an Account, clicking any interactive element or otherwise engaging with any feature — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment of first access and continues for the entire duration of your use of the Platform.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a corporate entity, partnership or other legal person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that references to "you" in these Terms shall apply equally to that entity.

By registering an Account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction;
2. You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not an existing customer who has been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of 777xp or the Operator;
6. All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete;
7. You will promptly notify 777xp of any material change to your registration information.

777xp reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose additional restrictions. Users are solely responsible for understanding their local legal position.

To access restricted features of the Platform, Users are required to complete the Account registration process. Registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a secure password and basic personal information. Additional KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership — may be required before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims can be processed.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication token with any third party. 777xp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify 777xp of unauthorised access.

Users may access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, including through the use of associates, nominees or third parties;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts or any other tool to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping or any other form of coordinated fraudulent play;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or unintended features to gain a financial advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from the Platform;
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing malware, viruses or any malicious code;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
• Making any false or misleading statement in connection with your Account or any transaction;
• Accessing the Platform if you have previously been excluded or banned, or if you are a minor.

777xp reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies, without prior notice.

The availability of specific payment methods for deposits depends on the Operator's current configuration, the User's verified account status and the applicable regulatory environment. Payment methods referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as examples of familiar Pakistani payment rails. None of these providers have endorsed, approved or agreed to facilitate gambling transactions, and their inclusion as illustrative references does not constitute an endorsement by them or by 777xp.

All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum thresholds set by the Operator, which may be amended from time to time. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the User's own name may be rejected and returned. 777xp will not be liable for any deposit that cannot be credited due to third-party payment processing issues, bank restrictions or regulatory holds.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method, the User's verification status and the Operator's internal compliance review procedures. 777xp does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds, and the use of terms such as "fast" or "quick" in educational content is illustrative only.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the Operator's specific withdrawal policy. The Operator reserves the right to perform additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal request. Users should retain records of all transactions for their own reference.

Minimum withdrawal amounts, withdrawal fees (if any) and available withdrawal methods are determined by the Operator and are subject to change. Users are advised to review the Operator's current withdrawal terms before submitting a request.

All bonus offers and promotional incentives are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. By claiming any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific terms applicable to that offer. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

777xp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be approached solely as a form of entertainment. Users are encouraged to set and maintain personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cool-off periods through their Account settings.

Any User who believes their gambling may be causing financial, personal or psychological harm is encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available through the Platform. Self-exclusion requests may be temporary (ranging from 24 hours to 12 months) or permanent. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

777xp will not knowingly accept wagers from any User who has a self-exclusion in place. However, it is ultimately the User's responsibility not to attempt to bypass restrictions. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 777xp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 777xp brand, name and logo are proprietary to 777xp. No right or licence to use any intellectual property is granted to Users other than the limited right to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, scraping or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Platform's content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777xp.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 777xp is not liable for:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform or through access to any Operator platform via the Platform;
• Any loss resulting from errors, interruptions, defects or delays in operation of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of User account data;
• Any loss resulting from reliance on informational content provided on the Platform, which is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice;
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays, rejections or failures attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any bank.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777xp's total liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that User to access premium features of the Platform in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 6;
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• The User is found to be a minor or ineligible to hold an Account;
• The User has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable time;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
• Account activity poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform;
• Suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination, 777xp will process any legitimate withdrawal of verified cleared funds within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Funds associated with Prohibited Conduct or fraudulent activity may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

The collection, processing and storage of personal data on the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC may be shared with the Operator and, where legally required, with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies and fraud prevention services. 777xp does not sell personal data to commercial third parties for marketing purposes. Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan is subject to ongoing regulatory and judicial interpretation. Users based in Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere — must independently assess their legal obligations before accessing or participating in any gambling activity.

777xp is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani court or regulatory body. 777xp makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. None of these providers endorse, facilitate or approve gambling transactions, and no such endorsement should be inferred from their mention.

777xp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Users through in-platform notices or email communication. However, 777xp is not obligated to provide advance notice of amendments.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. The date on which the most recent revision was made will be displayed at the top of this page. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gambling licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be identified in the Operator's own terms of service.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation or termination — shall be referred first to 777xp's internal dispute resolution process. Users should contact the support team as described in Section 18. If the internal process does not resolve the dispute within a reasonable period, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or dispute resolution body identified in the Operator's terms.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the law of their country of residence. Pakistani Users retain any consumer protection rights afforded to them under applicable Pakistani law, to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
